
Our company's roots go back over ten years to a start-up operation that
was organized to provide tuition payment plan management services to a few local
Pennsylvania colleges and universities. In that capacity, we assisted thousands of
parents and students in meeting the financial obligations of education while delivering
the highest level of services. As a traditional third party vendor providing outside
tuition payment plan management services, we paid close attention to our customer's needs.
Always seeking to innovate and lead rather than follow, we learned first hand what
the educational business officer wanted and needed in order to maximize customer service
to the student while increasing the institutions cash flow and generating new
revenue for the business office operation. Responding to those needs, we have developed
the first and only fully integrated PC based tuition payment plan software system designed
to manage all monthly payment plans in-house without the need for outside vendors or
additional staffing. Here at Advanced Education Services, we have assembled
a professional team of customer support staff, software development specialists, system
analysts, marketing and a senior management with the common goal of developing and
supporting the Payment Plan Manager software system. We proudly offer over
75 years combined experience in the related fields of financial services, marketing, data
processing and software development for the educational community.
